John D. Beletic joined Oak as a Venture Partner in July 2002 after spending approximately 25 years in operating roles, principally as President and Chief Executive Officer, of high-growth technology and communications companies. John assists management teams in formulating and achieving key operating and strategic objectives. In addition to his board membership with Cheddar’s Casual Café and FiberTower plus other Oak responsibilities, John also serves on the boards of iBahn, iPass, River Logic, and Tessco Technologies. He also serves on the boards of the School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas, and Dallas National G.C. Previously, John was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Tigon, PageMart, and Weblink Wireless. He was also a Venture Partner with Morgan Stanley Venture Capital Group. John received a BSBA in Finance summa cum laude from Xavier University and an MBA with high distinction from the Harvard Business School.
